When I'm not creating CBT Nuggets videos you can find me: presenting at conferences. I enjoy traveling and giving back to the community so I am able to accomplish both by speaking at conferences. My speaking schedule can be found here. Check the site often, because I have more dates that I'll be adding to it and hopefully I will be in your area soon. In addition to travel, I do enjoy golf. I'm not claiming to be good at it, but I enjoy being outside and somehow golf helps me unwind.
The best part about being a trainer is that it provides me the opportunity to help others build their careers. It is rewarding to know how many people that I have, at least partially, been involved in helping them become successful in their career which in turn positively impacts the lifestyle they are able to provide their families.
I'm passionate about video training because of one key word; convenience. Individuals can make a schedule that is convenient for them to attend courses that will positively influence their career. Video training is convenient because it creates the opportunity for everyone to decide what, when, and where they obtain the knowledge included in the training videos. The convenience of video training also lessens the negative impact on their current job and personal life while still providing them the opportunity to grow and become more successful.
