A broken typewriter sparked James Conrad's interest in technology, but he didn't turn that growing passion into a career until years later. Today, he's a well-known Microsoft expert and a popular CBT Nuggets trainer.
James' areas of expertise include Windows Server, Active Directory, CompTIA A+ and ethical hacking. He joined CBT Nuggets' team of rock star trainers in 2003. James is currently working on his "Microsoft Windows Server 2012 70-417 with R2 Updates" training course.
