Microsoft is set to retire a block of exams on March 31, 2017, which leaves you just two weeks to sneak in an exam before it's gone forever! We dug deeper into the Microsoft exam retirements last month, but let's take a look at the specific exams that are two weeks away from their swan songs.

As Microsoft makes way for its new certification tracks, many of its recertification exams and certifications will become obsolete. Below, we list the retiring exam and the exam and/or certification it has been replaced by.

Microsoft's exam retirements are part of a larger certification structure overhaul that resulted in the development of five new expert-level certification pathways.
MCSE: Productivity
The new certifications include pools of exams from which learners can choose to create a certification that is more relevant and pertinent to their immediate needs. The ability to effectively customize expert-level certifications allows learners to choose the skills and knowledge they need, rather than following a rigid curriculum that may not be directly relevant, as often happened under the previous certification structure.
