For IT leaders
What IT leaders need to know before assigning this course
Most organizations already have AI pilots running, but few have leaders who can connect Copilot, agents, and AI strategy to business outcomes while keeping compliance, governance, and data risk in check. This course prepares IT Directors, Team Leads, project managers, and technology decision-makers to lead that work and prepare for the AB-731 exam. No coding is required.
Role fit: This course fits leaders who evaluate AI tools, approve AI initiatives, or sponsor rollouts. It is not developer training. Learners study generative AI and machine learning use cases, Responsible AI, grounding and RAG concepts, governance, and adoption planning, so they can make informed decisions alongside technical teams.
Risk and compliance: The training covers bias, fabrication, and reliability. It explains why grounding matters for audit-sensitive work and shows why governance must keep pace as pilots scale. That includes understanding where unmanaged AI use can create security, compliance, and data exposure risks.
Time investment: About 6.6 hours across eight skills. Each skill runs 45–53 minutes and ends with a skill review, so learners can finish a skill in a single working session.
Change management: The final skill addresses adoption goals, scaling impacts, and peer-driven champion programs. These topics help leaders plan a rollout that sticks.
To support your rollout, assign the course through Playlists alongside AB-730 for end users. Then use Team Reporting to track progress and certification readiness across your leadership group.
