PDF, Word (DOCX), plain text (TXT), and Markdown files. You can upload a single document or a bundle, and the platform organizes the content into modules. If you'd rather drive the structure yourself, you can also upload your own videos directly.
How long does it take to produce a course?
While you wait, not in weeks. A short document becomes a multi-module course with narrated video and checks for understanding; longer bundles take proportionally longer but are still dramatically faster than manual authoring. Every course lands as a draft you can review before assigning it.
How does Internal Training support compliance audits?
Every assigned course tracks per-learner completion, question-level responses, and timestamps. You can export completion records and detailed reports as CSV, the artifacts SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and internal audit teams ask for.
Is my content really private?

It is a flat annual fee by organization size, with no per-user cost: $5,000 a year for up to 500 users, $10,000 a year for up to 2,500, and a custom agreement above that. Buy it standalone or add it to any account; it co-terms with an existing subscription. For existing team customers it is the upgrade path.
