Attackers have also begun using AI chatbots to impersonate customer service reps or IT helpdesk agents. These bots can hold realistic conversations, answer questions, and even issue fake “password reset” links. Since these interactions happen in real-time, users are more likely to trust them. How to Defend Against AI-Powered Phishing
