We are CBT Nuggets, LLC, a leading provider of IT training solutions. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. By providing your contact information, whether via badge scan/swipe, business card or signing up for our mailing list, you expressly agree to this Conference Exhibitor – Privacy Policy. This Conference Exhibitor - Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit the CBT Nuggets’ Exhibitor Booth, whether: (i) through the badge scan/swipe device at our Exhibitor Booth, (ii) through the receipt of your business card at our Exhibitor Booth, (iii) signing up for our mailing list, and (iv) in any other communications between you and CBT Nuggets during the course of the event at which CBT Nuggets promotes a professional presence.
Your Personal Information
When you scan or swipe your badge at our Exhibitor Booth, we import the personal information that you provided the event organizers with into our internal system. When you provide us with a business card or otherwise exchange information with us, we import that personal information into our internal system as well. Your data is processed in the EEA, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Australia, and countries that have received an adequacy determination and/or with appropriate safeguards. Your data will be processed consistent with that of a “Website Visitor” who is on our “Mailing List,” and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy available at https://www.cbtnuggets.com/privacy.

If you are a California resident and have provided us with any personal information, California law gives you certain rights relating to your personal information. We do not rent, sell, share or otherwise disclose your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. CBT Nuggets acknowledges that individuals may have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data subject to applicable data privacy laws, should direct their query to support@cbtnuggets.com. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
