Meet the Trainer: Steve Caseley

Steve Caseley, guru of all things project management, can't help but smile during a recent visit to CBT Nuggets HQ.

When I'm not making CBT Nuggets videos, you'll find me at my day job as a Project Manager or roughing it in the woods with the Scout Troop that I am a leader with anyone for sleeping outside below freezing with nothing but a tarp (and a really warm sleeping bag) between you and the freshly falling snow.

Favorite Nugget: Right now I am working on the Scrum Certification series and it is proving to be my favorite as I am particularly excited about how powerful Scrum is and love having the opportunity to share this with others.

The best part about being a trainer is having the opportunity to share my lessons learned with others. I hope that by sharing my successes and failures, I am able to breathe some practical life into my training and hope that my experiences will help others learn from my mistakes.

I'm passionate about IT training because it's a lot of fun teaching. I get to have fun and help others; that's a pretty powerful motivator to me.
