The best part of being a trainer is: Helping people do more. Technology is great, but sometimes it isn't explained very well. My job is great because I don't have to really create new information I just get to help people make better sense of the information that's already out there!
I'm passionate about training because: It's a way of giving back. The IT industry has been great to me, and training lets me make it great for others.
