The best part about being a trainer is: Knowing that I'm improving someone's skill set, which then improves their career or ability to advance, which improves their life.

I'm passionate about IT training because: Technology is a gift to our generation to help us serve our families and community with increased speed and effectiveness. Whether it's networking, the desktops/laptops/iPads, or the software running on these devices, it's vital that we know how to use the tools we have.
