Viewing Your Team's IT Trainerbot Usage and Analytics

IT Trainerbot Analytics gives organization Admins visibility into how their teams are using IT Trainerbot. Track engagement, explore commonly asked questions, and identify topics your learners are interested in to better understand your team's learning needs.

How do I access my organization's IT Trainerbot Analytics?

To view your organization's IT Trainerbot usage:

Sign in to your CBT Nuggets account.
Select Learners from the left navigation menu.
On the Summary tab, review the total number of IT Trainerbot questions asked across your organization during the selected period.
Select the IT Trainerbot tab to explore more detailed usage information.

What information is available in IT Trainerbot Analytics?

The IT Trainerbot tab provides visibility into how your organization and individual learners are using IT Trainerbot.

Available information includes:

Active users: See how many learners are engaging with IT Trainerbot.
Questions: Track the number of questions asked.

Yes. From the IT Trainerbot tab in your organization's Analytics, you can drill into individual learner activity.

Can Admins see learners' conversations and questions?

Admins have access to certain information about learners' IT Trainerbot activity, including:

Can Admins see learners' saved memories?

No. Organization Admins do not have direct access to learners' saved IT Trainerbot memories.

Saved memories are managed by individual learners within their own IT Trainerbot accounts.
