Internal Training is included with CBT Nuggets Teams subscriptions, allowing licensed members to create and access their organization's own training content alongside CBT Nuggets courses.

For organizations that want to make training available beyond their licensed Teams members, the Internal Training Site License provides a way to extend access company-wide.

Internal Training with CBT Nuggets Teams

Every licensed Teams member can create and access Internal Training content at no additional cost.

Teams includes:

• Unlimited Internal Training courses.
• Manual and AI-assisted course creation.
• Access to your organization's internal training content.
• Team-level training completion reporting.

Internal Training is available to licensed members within an organization with a Teams subscription.

It is not included with Individual subscriptions, IT Trainerbot Plus, or the free tier.

What is an Internal Training Site License?

An Internal Training Site License extends access to your organization's employees beyond those who hold a CBT Nuggets Teams license.

With a Site License, your organization can:

• Provide Internal Training access to employees across departments.
• Allow non-IT employees to create their own internal courses.
• Extend access to the CBT Nuggets end-user training catalog.
• Track training completion across the organization.
• Create unlimited internal courses.

This makes it possible to use Internal Training for company-wide initiatives such as employee onboarding, internal processes, and organizational training.

Note: A Site License does not automatically provide every employee with access to the full CBT Nuggets IT training catalog. Access to IT training depends on the licenses assigned to those users.

Site Licenses are available at a flat annual price based on your organization's employee count.

Site Licenses are priced by employee band rather than per individual user.

Purchasing a Site License

An Internal Training Site License can be purchased:

• As a standalone product.
• As an addition to an existing CBT Nuggets account.

If you add a Site License to an existing Teams subscription, the Site License will share the same renewal date as your active Teams subscription.

Yes. A Site License can be added to an existing account and will co-term with an active Teams subscription.
