Jira Essentials

This Jira Essentials course gives IT Directors and Team Leads a way to set one consistent baseline for how the whole team tracks work in Jira. Built for software developers, QA analysts, scrum masters, documentation specialists, and new hires, this course helps teams adopt Jira quickly and efficiently. Learners start with core work items, then move to boards and workflows. From there they apply Jira to agile projects in scrum and kanban styles, and finally learn to stay productive when a shared Jira instance holds many projects and items. The course also helps learners prepare to pursue the Jira Essentials certification. Training Managers can add this course to onboarding Playlists or assign it to the whole team during a Jira rollout. Team reporting then shows per-learner progress and completion, so leaders can confirm everyone has reached the same baseline.
