Emily Berry has over a decade of training and development experience. She began training Microsoft Office products in 1996 and has continued to train professionals on every Microsoft Operating System, Database solution and Office Suite that has been released since then.

Steve Caseley has spent over 30 years experience in IT Consulting, with more than 20 of those years in Project Management.

Steve has taught Project Management at several universities -- both at graduate and undergraduate levels. He has also developed and delivered project management training programs for organizations in the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Ghana and Dubai.

He has been responsible for the development of a wide variety of software and project management methodologies, and has worked with a number of large national and international companies to help implement software delivery improvement processes.

Steve’s project delivery experience encompasses a wide range of industries and software applications ranging from government to private organizations and engineering R&D organizations. Projects delivered for software applications range from traditional financial, human resources, retail and order management applications to real-time control and monitoring systems. As a result, Steve has plenty of real-world project delivery experiences, with lots of lessons learned and much to share.

Jeremy Cioara has been involved in training and consulting for over 12 years, covering technology in Novell, Microsoft, and Cisco arenas. In addition, he holds the premier certifications in each of the related technical fields: CNE, MCSE, and CCIE.

Jeremy is the author or technical editor of many IT books including CCNA Voice Official Certification Guide, Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT), CCNA Exam Prep, and CCNA Practice Questions.

He is a featured annual speaker at the Cisco Live (aka Cisco Networkers) conference and maintains a casual blog at www.ciskoblog.com.

Jeremy currently maintains two IT-related organizations, continues to author technical books, and educate individuals in both the classroom and online arenas. He does all this while spending most his time with a growing family and active church life. (We’ve calculated that Jeremy must sleep an average of 30 minutes nightly.)

James Conrad is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years experience covering every generation of Microsoft products dating back to the humble roots of MS-DOS.

Julie Johnson has trained IT professionals since 2001, with a focus on database technologies and web programming. She holds certifications in Oracle Database Administration, Java Programming, and Zend PHP.

Bobby Meador has been involved in the computer industry since 1999; He began his career as a level-one help-desk agent assisting consumers with computer warranty support for Comp-USA (TAP) program.

Today, Bobby supports security and networking deployments for many top companies. He currently works as a Senior Network Engineer, where he supports Check Point, Cisco and all things networking & security.

Shawn Powers is a system administrator for a school district in northern Michigan, an editor for Linux Journal and has been teaching and training technology for over a decade. His specialties are in Linux and integrating multiple platforms for larger networks.

Shawn's been certified to teach Cisco's CCNA courses and started a Cisco Academy for a local school district where he taught networking (CCNA & CompTIA A+) to high school students. He has a passion for teaching others, and his enthusiasm comes through in his courses.

"I really enjoy the way that computers can bring people together, move information quickly and empower learning. I come from three generations of teachers. My great-grandmother had a huge influence on me, having taught school for 50 years. As soon as I learn something new I want to find someone and tell them about it.

I began configuring hubs and routers in the early 1990's while a network technician for a Phoenix, Arizona telecommunications company and have been implementing, consulting and instructing on internetworking technology ever since.

My background includes both practical experience in the day-to-day operations of corporate IT departments as well as instructional and classroom training experience. Michael Shannon took his first computer course in college at University of Houston in FORTRAN programming on mainframes. After graduating from college he spent several years as a professional musician, recording engineer, and producer. He made the natural transition from studio patch bays and automated mixing to IT networking when he began configuring hubs and routers in the early 1990's with a Phoenix, Arizona telecommunications company. Michael comes from a long line of teachers and has always enjoyed sharing his knowledge and experience with others.
