With that in mind, it's not that surprising more women are getting jobs in the video game industry. However, many of those jobs are on the design side, not the technical. This Dice article examines the situation more in detail. Considering the increasing number of women who enjoy video games, it seems like a no-brainer for gaming companies to change that trend.
