In November, NuggetLOVE is supporting Eugene Mission, a Gospel Rescue Mission that provides food, shelter, clothing, and social services for homeless people. During a time of year when many of us will give thanks for food and family and the comforts of home, we’re also thankful for the work of the Eugene Mission.
Earlier this month, we presented our October charity, Relief Nursery, with a check for $8,550. So far in 2012, the NuggetLOVE program has donated more than $71,000 to non-profits in Oregon. You can find out more about each organization, and how you can help, at our NuggetLOVE page and here on the blog.
Gift Guides for Everyone
Are you in a holiday mood? Whether you’re dropping hints or giving presents to others, we’ve got gift ideas. Check out the blog for inspiration to and from the IT pro. And coming soon, the CBT Nuggets trainer wish list!
Windows 8 was released in October, and we asked how excited you were for it. Not surprisingly, most (53.8%) of you are early adopters and already have Windows 8. Another 19.2% plan to get it. About 11% are still on the fence, and the rest of you either have a Mac or a strong dislike of Microsoft (or possibly both).
This month we want to know: How often do you check your email?
