    I just wanted to extend my gratitude and let all of you who are in involved in producing this great training to know that these videos are truly exceptional. The 70-293 which I have just purchased is an invaluable resource. I plan to buy the rest of the 2003 series just for reference even though I have only to pass the 70-293 to acquire the 2003 MCSE. I have never been so pleased and so excited about training than I am with James and CBT Nuggets. I have spent a lot of money on books and instructor led classes. I have also bought training videos from other large companies complete with all the fancy flash animation and have not received the thorough comprehensive training that James Conrad produces. I want to get down with the meat of the concept and really learn everything as granularly as possible without all the animation and nonsense. Your approach to training is equivalent to "hitting the nail on the head". Did I mention your prices are great also?! I know where to go for my training for now on!!

    Just wanted to write a testimonial regarding your 70-293 videos. I was able to successfully pass my test on the first attempt. Every detail in the videos was explained very well, especially IPSec and certificate services. I find the videos to be fun and entertaining especially with James Conrad as the instructor.
