I am a fairly regular customer but you guys are really outdoing yourselves. Your 70-290 as well as the upgrade pack cover concepts in extreme depth that cannot seem to find anywhere else. I can “view and do” – that should be your slogan...

Dear James Conrad, I'm 27 years old. I live in Denmark. I started with my education 3 years ago. I was mechanic in 1999 and did work as a mechanic for 3 years. In January I can call me IT-supporter. When I got my first book for Windows Server 2003, I was thinking "oh my god", big stuff. I felt it was very difficult to understand the complexity of the servers and network. I'm writing this letter to you, because I've got the opportunities to see your CBT films. And I'm impressed about your way to teach in CBT. I don't know how many people there is writing to you, but I want you to know that you are my Idol and a very, very good and funny teacher. Sometimes when I'm bored and don't know what to do, and even if I do have a bad day or are sad, you make me laugh and I am still learning. (Your CBT is better than comedy films from Hollywood). I love the way you are doing the videos. You are funny and know the way to show how complex things become easy. It is fantastic how you can remember every thing. So I hope we are seeing you more in the future and here is a big hug from Denmark. Keep up the good work, and never forget the fun in your CBT. Best regards, Your friend from Denmark.
