This Nugget is the third of 11 that covers the second segment of the Project+ Exam – Project Planning. The Change Management Process consists of Integrated Change Management ensuring that all changes consider the impact to scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, quality, procurement and risk are considered in an integrated approach and that the changes are well communicated to all project stakeholders.
