"What delivery methods are available?"

Goldrush Streaming Player

Access your training online from anywhere with Goldrush Streaming delivery. You have no discs to take with you and no large downloads to manage - plus you save on shipping and can start training immediately.

Electronic Delivery

Download your training in .zip format, then store it on your computer or burn it to CD. Save on shipping and start training immediately.

FedEx 2-Day

2-day delivery through FedEx is $15.00 to any addresses in the United States. No P.O. Boxes, please.

FedEx Overnight

Next-day delivery through FedEx is $25.00 to any addresses in the United States. No P.O. Boxes, please.

FPO/APO Deliver

Priority Mail delivery to US Military FPO/APO addresses is $9.00.

FedEx International

1-5 day international delivery through FedEx is $50.00. Customs may be required as well. Depending on your local laws, either we will bill customs when you place your order, or you will be required to pay upon delivery.

FedEx International Canada

1-5 day international delivery to Canadian addresses through FedEx is $30.00. We also bill 15% customs when you place your order, so you won't have to pay when you receive your package.

"What payment methods can I use?"

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Bank Transfer

We accept direct transfers of funds into our bank account. Contact sales@cbtnuggets.com for bank account information.

Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders as payment from recognized businesses, upon approval with Net 30 Day terms. The Purchase Order must be on an official form and signed, submitted and approved through your accounting department.

"How do I order?"

You have a number of options for placing your order for CBT Nuggets products:

Order through our secure website.

Use the "Add to Cart" buttons on the product pages to start the secure checkout process.

Order by phone.

Our helpful staff is available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST to take your order by phone. Our toll-free number is 888-507-6283. Our international number is 541-284-5522.

Order by fax.

You can print out an order form from our website at http://www.cbtnuggets.com/html/products/faxmail.html. Fax this form with payment information to us, and we'll enter your order into our system. Our fax number is 541-284-2050.

Order by e-mail.

DO NOT send credit card information by e-mail. If you are paying by purchase order, you can e-mail your purchase order to sales@cbtnuggets.com.

"How quick will my order be processed?"

We will process your order within 1 business day. Most orders placed by Noon PST (8:00 p.m. GMT) are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are processed on the next business day.
