"We've reduced our need for outside training probably by 80% by implementing the Nugget Archive Server. We accomplish a lot more training with the server because now we don't have to schedule time off. People can use just 45 minutes from their day here, 45 minutes from their day there, and go through a particular Nugget, as opposed to having to schedule staff to be off for 2 or 3 days to go and get training. That's been a big productivity help for us... We get a lot of gain from CBT Nuggets on new staff coming in. They'll have a particular job, and we have some training courses we can put right in front of them to get them up to speed pretty quick."
